Refund Policy

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 30 days from the day you receive it.

We guarantee 100% customer satisfaction on all our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please contact our customer support team for assistance by phone or email and they'll assist you with a refund or replacement for any product purchased within the previous 60 days.

The item(s) must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Once we receive the returned product(s) in resalable condition:

• Your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
• We will refund the full amount, including the standard delivery fee (if applicable).

We do not accept returns on opened or used products unless:

• The item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

If you purchased PhytoProp Pharma Ltd products through another retailer (e.g., Amazon, pharmacies, or other websites), please follow that retailer's return and refund policies.

We are unable to process returns for products not purchased directly from our website.
