To place an order, you need to be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract in the UK. When you place an order, you're confirming you meet these conditions.

We do our best to keep everything accurate and up to date, but:

• We may update product info or stop offering certain items at any time.

Once you place an order, you will get a confirmation email but this does not mean your order is accepted just yet. We might cancel or decline an order if there's an issue with stock, payment, or your details.

• All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
• We accept multiple secure payment methods — you'll see them at checkout.

Changed your mind? No problem. You've got 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a refund:

• Items must be unused, sealed, and in their original packaging.
• You must contact us at info@phytoprop.com first to arrange the return.
